Consulting work
The site describes our services. It isn’t an offer to do any particular work. Every engagement is covered by a separate written agreement, and if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action about the site must be brought in the state or federal courts in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
